Customer Reviews

Well built and portable (2009-05-16)
The feel of this knife is very solid, it has some weight to it. It is very easy to unfold and the blade is high quality, extremely sharp. The grip is excellent, larger than what you'd expect on a knife this size. Excellent fit if you are a man over 6" tall.

The blade has a "hammer forged / made in China" inscription using a very small font, barely visible. Some of the negative reviews may relate to cheap knock offs. This is quality built at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Arrived before Christmas (2009-01-11)
I ordered this product as a Christmas around December 5th, and it not only arrived before CHristmas but also arrived early enough that I was able to ship it to Tenn. for a gift...

Thanks

Good Bang For the Buck (2008-12-24)
I bought this knive to replace one that I had lost. It's a little on the heavy side but I don't mind, as it has a substantial and strudy feel to it. This is a big deal for me as I have large hands and some of the other knives leave me wanting for something to hold on to as I use them. Overall it is a good performer and has given me no grief. I feel confident when I use it, knowing it won't slip through my hand, or buckle under the weight of the task at hand. It's a working man's knife for sure. However if you're looking for "high tech cool" or "light weight", this may not be the knife for you!

Make sure you're in shape (2008-03-26)
My wife bought me the Smith & Wesson SWAT knife several years ago and I was really pleased with it. The knife is quick and light and easy to handle. I bought this one thinking I would be getting something comparable...WRONG AGAIN. This knife had got to weight almost 3 times what my SWAT weights and, again, MADE IN CHINA written all over it. I don't know if these are knock-offs or if Smith & Wesson went cheap on me but I'm on to greener pastures. Maybe Gerber or Spyderco or Kershaw. A few more bucks but top in quality.
